Anime Kabayan (Marlo Magtibay) is an anime fan from San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines.
He is one of the administrators of ZEN Otaku Honbu. He is also the co-owner of the blogsite “Eyewatcher” under the zenhonbuph.net domain. He also owns the Blogger.com account of the said blogsite. He also one of the administrators of the ZEN Facebook and Twitter accounts. He also created Otaku’s Verdict – ZEN’s premiere anime yearend poll in the Philippines, currently co-administrating the new website of OV.
One of his exclusive stories was the confirmation with supporting evidence of launching of Hero TV, an anime channel of Creative Programs, Inc., a subsidiary of ABS-CBN.
Anime Kabayan is known for his strong commentaries on anime programming, specially on the local TV channels. His writings was also published in the entertainment section of Abante and Abante Tonite, two of the tabloids in the Philippines.

Categories include programming, popularity, and the overall outlook of anime programming in the Philippines.
Otaku’s Verdict has evolved dramatically from its humble beginnings in 2005 with record voting levels exceeding every year. Otaku’s Verict 2010 currently holds the record for the most number of accumulative votes with more than 10,000 votes in 34 categories.
